10-மத்திய அரை நழங்கிய ஆர்.டி.இ., தொகையை வழங்காமல் இழுத்தடிக் கும் தமிழக அரசை கண் டித்து பாதிக்கப்பட்ட 7800 தனியார் பள்ளிகள் நவ.12ல் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபடவுள்ளன.

Madurai, Nov 10 - 7,800 private schools affected by the Tamil Nadu government's delay in releasing the RTE funds provided by the central government will protest on November 12.

Under the Right to Education Act (RTE), the central government pays the fees for 25% of students admitted to the entry class in private schools in Tamil Nadu. Accordingly, 4.5 lakh students benefit. Since the Tamil Nadu government has not accepted the National Education Policy and PM Shri school policy, the central government stopped the RTE funds. Following this, the central government provided the funds following a court order. Even after more than a month, the Tamil Nadu government has not released the funds to the schools.

The state president of the Private Schools Federation (PEPSA) said that due to the financial crunch caused by not receiving the RTE fees for the two academic years 2023-24 and 2024-25, many schools have been closed. Many school administrators have died due to debt burden and mental stress. Schools have been seized for loans. The state government has not yet released the funds to the schools, even though the central government has released them.

To protest this, and to express their opposition to the Tamil Nadu government, 7,800 private schools across the state will hoist black flags on November 12, and teachers and staff will wear black armbands and protest.

நவ. 12ல் கறுப்பு கொடியேற்ற முடிவு

கட்டாயக் கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் கீழ் (ஆர்.டி.இ.,) தமிழகத் தில் தனியார் பள்ளிகளில் நுழைவு வகுப்பில் 25 சதவீ தம் மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கை கட்டணத்தை மத்திய அரசு வழங்குகிறது. இதன்படி லட்சம் மாணவர் கள் பயன்பெறுகின்றனர். தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கை, பி.எம்.ஸ்ரீ பள்ளிக் கொள் கையை தமிழக அரசு ஏற்கா 4.5 ததால் ஆர்.டி.இ., நிதியை மத்திய அரசு நிறுத்தியது.

இதையடுத்து நீதிமன்ற உத் தரவால் அதற்கான நிதியை மத்திய அரசு வழங்கியது. ஒருமாதத்திற்கும் மேல் ஆன நிலையில் பள்ளி களுக்கு அந்த நிதியை தமிழக அரசு இதுவரை விடுவிக்கவில்லை

தனியார் பள்ளிகள் கூட் டமைப்பு (பெப்சா) மாநில தலைவர் கூறியதாவது:

ஆறுமுகம் தமிழகத் தில் 2023-24, 2024– 25 ஆகிய 2 ஆண்டு களுக்கான ஆர்.டி.இ., கட்டணம் கிடைக்காததால் ஏற்பட்ட நிதி நெருக்கடி யால் பல பள்ளிகள் மூடப்பட்டன.கடன் சுமை, மனஉளைச்சலால் பல பள்ளித் தாளாளர்கள் உயிரிழந்துவிட்டனர்.

கட னுக்காக பள்ளிகள் ஜப்தி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. மத்திய அரசு விடுவித் தும் மாநில அரசு இது வரை பள்ளிகளுக்கு நிதி வழங்கவில்லை.

இதைக் கண்டித்து, தமிழக அரசுக்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக்கும் வகையில், நவ.12ல் மாநிலத்தில் 7800 தனியார் பள்ளிகளி லும் கறுப்பு கொடியேற் றியும், ஆசிரியர்கள், அலு வலர்கள் கறுப்பு பட்டை அணிந்தும் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபடவுள்ளனர் என்றார்.
