DIRECT RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF SECONDARY GRADE TEACHERS – 2024

List of Candidates Called for Additional Certificate Verification – Shortfall Vacancies

As per the Notification No.01/2024 on 09.02.2024, Addendum 01-A/2024 Dated:16.07.2024 and 26.03.2025 for Direct Recruitment of Secondary Grade Teachers – 2024, the examination was conducted on 21.07.2024. After certificate verification this Board released the provisional selection list for Tamil language on 31.05.2025 and 06.06.2025 by following merit cum communal turn.

In obedience with the order of Hon’ble High Court of Madras in W.P.No.2937 of 2018, Contempt Petition No.1773 of 2015 and W.M.P.No. 3599 of 2018 on 10.10.2018 and communication from Directorate of Elementary Education vide letter Rc.No. 000499/D1/2019, Dated. 11.11.2025 to fill up the Shortfall vacancies for the post of Secondary Grade Teachers, the board hereby releases the Certificate Verification list for Secondary Grade Teachers (Shortfall Vacancies) for the eligible candidates by following the merit cum communal turn. As per the Notification, it is informed that

* If more than one candidate secures the same cut-off marks for the particular communal turn, all such candidates are called for Certificate Verification.

* The call letter for Certificate Verification will be published in the Teachers Recruitment Board’s website https://www.trb.tn.gov.in/ only.

* Those Candidates who are short-listed for Certificate Verification can download the Call letter uploaded in the TRB’s website (i.e., in the candidate's dashboard) only. No other mode of communication will be sent to the candidates for Certificate Verification.

* Candidates short-listed as above shall bring all the original and attested copies of all Certificates /Documents as stated in the Call Letter for Certificate Verification. The candidate should bring the filled-up Bio-data Form (Annexure – I) and Identification Certificate (Annexure – II) which is made available in the TRB website.

* Candidates who are not personally present for the Certificate Verification on the prescribed date shall not be considered for further selection process even if they have secured the qualifying marks for selection.

The Venue, date and session (FN/AN) for the Certificate Verification is intimated in the call letter of C.V. Short listed candidates.

Utmost care has been taken in preparing the list and in publishing it. Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in at any stage. Incorrect list would not confer any right of enforcement.
