2026-2027 ஆம் கல்வியாண்டிற்கு 2025-2026 ஆம் விலையில்லாச் சீருடை வழங்கும் திட்டம் கல்வியாண்டில் 1 முதல் 7 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் மாணவ /மாணவிகளுக்கு அடுத்த கல்வியாண்டிற்கு வழங்கும் சீருடைத் துணிகள் அளவீடு செய்தல் விடுபட்ட மாணவ / மாணவிகளின் விவரம் கல்வி மாவட்டம் மற்றும் பள்ளிகள் வாரியாக EMIS-லிருந்து பெறப்பட்டது EMIS portalல் உள்ளீடு (Yes or No) செய்ய அறிவுறுத்துதல் தொடர்பாக தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்குநரின் செயல்முறைகள்.

பார்வையில் காணும் EMIS இல் இருந்து பெறப்பட்ட மின்னஞ்சலின்படி, 2020-2027 ஆண்டிற்கு விலையில்லாச் சீருடை வழங்க அளவெடுக்கும் பணி மேற்கொள்ள ஏதுவாக, 2025-2026 ஆம் கல்வியாண்டில் 1 முதல் 7 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் சத்துணவு உண்ணும் மாணவ/மாணவிகளின் விவரங்கள் விடுபட்டுள்ளது எனவும், விடுபட்ட விவரங்களை EMIS தளத்தில் உள்ளீடு செய்யுமாறு தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

எனவே. தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்கக நிருவாகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும் அரசு / அரசு உதவிபெறும் தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் 1 முதல் 7 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் சத்துணவு உண்ணும் மாணவ / மாணவிகளின் (இத்துடன் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள) விடுபட்ட விவரங்களை நாளை 24.02.2026 அன்று காலை 11.00 மணிக்குள் EMIS தளத்தில் உடனடியாக உள்ளீடு செய்யுமாறு அனைத்து வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் மூலம் பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு அறிவுரை வழங்கிடுமாறு அனைத்து மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கும் (தொடக்கக் கல்வி) தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. மேலும் மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட பொருள் சார்ந்து EMIS portalல் உள்ளீடு (Yes or No) செய்யப்படாத கல்வி மாவட்டங்களை இணை இயக்குநர் (உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகள்) அவர்கள் Google Meet மூலம் (25.03.2026 மாலை 3.00 மணியளவில்) ஆய்வு செய்வார் என அனைத்து மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கும் (தொடக்கக் கல்வி) தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

இது மிகவும் அவசரம்.

Action Required: School headmasters must enter missing student details (for classes 1-7, based on the provided list) into the EMIS portal by 11:00 AM on February 24, 2026.

Purpose: To finalize data for distributing free uniform materials for the upcoming academic year.

Review Meeting: Districts that fail to complete this data entry will be reviewed via Google Meet on March 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

Subject: Elementary Education - Free Uniform Distribution Scheme for the Academic Year 2026-2027 - Measurement of uniform clothes to be provided to students studying in classes 1 to 7 during 2025-2026 for the next academic year - Details of missing students received school-wise from EMIS - Data entry (Yes or No) in EMIS portal - Regarding. Reference: Details of students received through email from EMIS on 23.02.2026.

As per the email received from EMIS referenced above, it is stated that the details of students studying in classes 1 to 7 in the 2025-2026 academic year who consume nutritious meals are missing for the purpose of measuring for free uniform distribution for the year 2026-2027, and it is instructed to enter the missing details into the EMIS platform.

Therefore, all District Educational Officers (Elementary Education) are instructed to direct school headmasters, through all Block Educational Officers, to immediately enter the missing details of the students studying in classes 1 to 7 in government/government-aided elementary and middle schools functioning under the Directorate of Elementary Education (specified in the attachment) into the EMIS platform by 11:00 AM tomorrow, 24.02.2026.

Furthermore, it is informed to all District Educational Officers (Elementary Education) that the Joint Director (Aided Schools) will review the educational districts that have not completed data entry (Yes or No) in the EMIS portal regarding the above-mentioned subject through Google Meet (on 25.03.2026 at 3:00 PM).

This is very urgent.
